This agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“Customer”) and POSwala. It outlines the terms, conditions, rights, and responsibilities related to the use of POSwala’s inventory and point-of-sale services.

These terms serve as a guide to help you understand how to use our software efficiently and responsibly. They are designed to offer transparency and resolve any service-related queries or expectations.

These Terms were last updated on July 2025, and changes are effective immediately.

POSwala reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to use our web or mobile application.

By clicking “I accept” or by accessing the POSwala system, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and that you are legally bound by them.

“POSwala” refers to our registered company providing inventory and POS management software. Our office is based in Sadiq Trade Center.

“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to POSwala as the service provider.

“You” or “your” refer to the customer or end-user accessing our platform.

“Data” refers to any information you enter into the POSwala system.

“Subscription fee” means the amount you agree to pay for access to our premium features.

“Website” refers to our platform accessible at www.poswala.pk.

“Service” means the software and support provided by POSwala.

“Fee schedule” refers to the agreed pricing plan at the time of subscription.

The Effective Date:

The agreement is effective from the date you accept these terms and begin using the service.

Use of Software

Upon acceptance, POSwala grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software via web and mobile. We reserve the right to suspend access due to policy violations.

User Restrictions

Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Data Backup

While POSwala performs limited backups, users are advised to maintain their own data copies. We are not liable for loss due to user negligence.

Service Interruptions

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by external factors (e.g., internet failure). We’ll inform users of any planned outages via official channels.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial, subscription fees apply. No payment is needed if the service is canceled before the trial ends.

Payment

Payments are annual, via direct banking. Non-payment may result in suspension. No charges are applied during the free trial period.

Termination

Support

We provide ongoing technical and operational support to ensure smooth usage of the POSwala platform.

Access Conditions

Keep your credentials secure. If you detect suspicious activity, change your password immediately. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

Both parties must maintain the confidentiality of all shared data. Any disclosure requires written consent unless legally required.

Privacy

Our privacy policy, located at poswala.pk/privacy-policy.php, is part of this agreement.

Customer Acknowledgements

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify POSwala for any losses, penalties, or claims arising from your misuse or breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Waiver

A waiver of one condition does not imply waiving others. Only written, signed waivers are valid. If any clause is deemed invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
